Segways at the Flour Mill Museum
We were on a Segway tour of the city of Minneapolis MN, when we stopped at the Flour Mill for refreshments. This image spoke to me and I had to capture it.
This started as a garage sale find. I began with a white wash glaze over a light green base then painted pictures of local lighthouses on three sides and the top. Finally I added a decorative drawer pull for the drawer. This item was auctioned off at a local fundraiser.
Italian Sidewalk Cafe
It was like a scene from the streets of Italy. But it was San Fancisco Little Italy. The food was great too.
Cherry Blossoms at a War Memorial in Washington DC
This picture was taken in Washington DC. It was a beautiful time of year and I couldn't get enough of the Cherry Blossoms.
Our travelling group had a wonderful evening in this wine shop in San Francisco. CA
Fake Brick and Vines
The brick here was painted to match the brick on the client's fireplace. The effect was so successful the homeowner asked me to paint over watermarks because he was afraid people would think they really had a leak.
As I drove the freeways around Houston, I had my daughter taking pictures of the skyline. This required a lot of work in Photoshop to get it just right.
Colorful Pots in Fredricksburg Texas
When my husband and I came upon this display of large pots the colors were so playful, I couldn't help but capture the image.
Minneapolis Minnisota Hennipen Falls
This area was gorgeous.
This is a portrait of my little cousin, who isn't so little any more. It was so fun trying to create the delicate fairy wings
